Prices are still high, Inventory is still low, and interest rates are not what they were and will never be again! Here is one tip I will give you. I see builders try to finish their projects quickly. I see some loans the builders offer that will hurt 90% of their clients. Never work with a builder's agent without professional help. If your realtor tells you now is the time because rates will go back down. Leave that Realtor. I have multiple videos of why that is not true at all. ARMS. Adjustable-rate Mortgages. Interest rates will not go down for a few years and not likely to be as low as 3%. My prediction is that it will settle at about 7% for quite some years. Your goals are important.
